Role:

Ensure that the internal Linio user or external customer has a better experience of use and operation of both the platforms and the site, providing immediate solutions to the error or speeding up the understanding of the error to the development team for its solution at the code / configuration level

 

Key responsibilites:

Solve errors of use or functional platforms or manual configurations.

Reading and understanding the report. More information is requested from the person who reports if necessary.

The error is replicated in production environments with the data received from the reporter.

Channel proven errors to development teams. Channel errors of use or configuration to external IT equipment.

Creation and update of processes for reporting and incidents both to the Resolution Center and within the same team.

The processes for reporting user incidence to IT or within the Resolution center must be constantly updated depending on the needs of the IT team that in turn correspond to the needs in time and form of the business.

 

The right fit:

Problem solving using internal systems 

1 year of experience in support areas (customer support)

SQL queries (is a plus)

Excel (dynamic tables, Vlookup functions)

Uso de software para gestión de tickets de servicio (Jira Service Desk)

Able to comunicate fluently in English

Clear and dynamic communication
