We are currently looking for a Regional Performance Marketing Director to lead performance marketing companywide, driving high-value traffic to our app and website.  We help to increase sales and customer engagement and improve marketing efficiency. Many of our systems are build in-house and on also work with the most advanced third party analytics tools in the market. This role requieres a  broad skill set including analytical horsepower, excellent business judgement and strong people leadership in order to keep building a world class advertisement and  purchase experience. You will have the opportunity to work with one of the most successful startups in LATAM with some of the best data analysts, performance marketers and software engineers. Linio has grown from zero to one of the largest ecommerce players in LATAM in 6 years, belonging since a couple of months to the Falabella Group. 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

· Build the strongest performance marketing team in LATAM

. Grow performance marketing sales with positive ROI via design, execution and measurement of campaigns

· Design and conduct rigorous experiments on the effectiveness and efficiency of different performance marketing campaigns

· Improve understanding of our customers and how to drive acquisition and retention via performance marketing. Among others: customer acquisition costs, cohorts analysis, cross platform (web to app) customer analytics

· Find solutions to improve marketing attribution working closely with the analytics team

· Build a growth hacking process with team

. In case of strong SEO experience (optional): lead SEO driving organic growth via technical optimizations, content and linkbuilding

. In case of strong marketing analytics experience (optional): lead analytics for marketing as a whole focused at budgeting, reporting and technical implementations 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’ s degree in mathematics, statistics, operational research, economics or related discipline

· 6+ years of experience managing performance marketing teams with strong knowledge in apps

· Expert using Excel for data analysis and modeling

· Able to generate ideas and solve problems independently

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects across multiple geographies

· English

· Willingness to roll up the sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet team goals and deadlines

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience implementing and operating with a DMP (data management platform for audiences)

· Basic knowledge of SQL and working with relational databases

· Experience with business or financial modelling modelling

. Strong experience with SEO

· Experience working within a high-growth, fast paced technology company
