We are seeking a FBF Program Manager to join our Regional Commercial Strategy and Planning team. This team is responsible for setting up our commercial teams for success, delivering ongoing and project based commercial insights and for leading important strategic projects such as the cross-border fulfillment programs (FBF & FBF 3PL). This is a global role, and its functions have impact across countries and business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion and operate the Asia Office regional consignment models end to end (FBF & FBF 3PL).
  • Drive sustainable scaling of the consignment models in the region by attending the different commercial and logistic needs of each country.
  • Growth of the seller, category and assortment base operating under consignment models by working side-by-side with the Asia Category Managers and Asia acquisition team.
  • Identify, prioritize and execute on new opportunities to further accelerate growth of FBF as well as support implementation of FBF workflows.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of processes, tools, data, and teams involved in the different consignment models in the region (FBF & FBF 3PL), continuously sharing the understanding with team members and management.
  • Connect with key stakeholders regularly to review business metrics and setup processes to ensure goals are met.
  • Ongoing benchmark and gap analysis vs drop shipping offer, local offer and competitors.
  • Scenario evaluation and piloting for continuous improvement of current metrics i.e.: Profitability, CR, RR, etc.
  • Drive inventory/product flow performance – (inbound, inventory health, replenishment).
  • Conduct day-to-day operational activities related to the consignment models such as pitching, document gathering, reporting, shipment follow-ups, etc.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • At least 2-year experience in cross-border operations
  • At least 1-year experience in e-commerce (desirable)
  • Advanced Office
  • Strong verbal and written communications (Chinese and English), as well as the ability to work effectively and deliver results across cross-functional, remote, and virtual teams.
  • Ability to clearly deliver executive-level communications.
