We are looking for a great leader to be our Finance Director at Linio Mexico. In this key role, you will partner with the local Senior Leadership team to define and execute the business strategy required to deliver on the ambitious growth plans of Linio Mexico.

As a functional leader, you will design and build state-of-the-art financial processes and controls, in order to protect Linio´s assets and help Management make the right decisions in the allocation of human and financial resources.

You will be responsible for producing high quality KPI's reports to monitor and achieve Linio's Financial and Operational targets. To that end, you will be able to relate operational activities to Linio's overall strategy and their financial impact. 

You will communicate clearly and concisely financial matters to our stakeholders inside and outside of the company.

You will lead and grow a talented Team of Finance professionals, providing them with inspiration, challenging assignments and regular feedback.

Last but not least, as steward of Linio's assets, you will be a role model in Integrity. 

 

Requirements:

  1. 1. Bachelor of Business Administration or similar
  2. 2. 7+ years of relevant experience
  3. 3. MBA, Masters degree in Finance or Accounting
  4. 4. Proficiency in accounting rules IFRS/ Local GAAP, Fiscal Regulations
  5. 5. Understanding / Implementation of ERPs (Oracle, SAP)
  6. 6. Advanced Excel and Financial modelling skills
  7. 7. Strong leadership skills to inspire others to deliver to their full potential
  8. 8. Great analytical skills and understanding of the business
  9. 9. High attention to detail
  10. 10. Ability to work under pressure under different environments 
  11. 11. Strong process analysis and change management skills (Lean / 6 Sigma knowledge a plus)
  12. 12. Good writing and verbal presentation skills
  13. 13. Advanced English a plus
